Brand identity and packaging design of the new line of Riso Gallo Chips savory snacks

The project involved the creation of the image, positioning and packaging of the new line of Riso Gallo Chips products. The aim was to highlight the health profile of the products: the well-being that derives mainly from the brown rice ingredient and the non-fried chips offering. The proposal of a line that contains less fat than chips, maintaining flavor and crunchiness, was therefore promoted.

The goodness was then enhanced, thanks to the taste of the other ingredients combined with the rice, in one case sea salt, in the other paprika.

 

Creativity of the project

Great space and emphasis was given to the Riso Gallo brand because, through it, belonging to the “rice” category is immediately communicated. We therefore free ourselves from the world of French fries, without losing effectiveness in communicating – through bright colors and product visuals – all the taste and joy that this segment provides.

Therefore, on the one hand – with the brand in a dominant position – all the well-being of rice is communicated, while with the other elements we speak in a language typical of the world of tasty snacks, designed to attract attention from the sales shelves (see also the contrast between the colours) and stimulate the appetite appeal, conveyed by the illustration of the chips, so delicious and crunchy, paired with the other ingredients.
